Things to consider:

  • The more correct sequential letters or numbers you enter into a search box will narrow the results.  1 or 2 sequential letters or numbers may produce many results, where all the letters or numbers for a search will produce a specific result.
  • The ticket list located on the left of most pages is considered your primary search system.  (Schedule, unscheduled, hold, etc.)  The Customer/Contact page Search box is located at the top of that page.

Searching for existing tickets:

  • Choose any link found on the ticket list search column.  See left column of most pages.
  • Customer tickets are displayed at the bottom of the customer/contact page.
  • Calendar view of scheduled tickets are viewable in day, week, month, and year formats.

Hint:  Don't forget the Search box located in the Help Section.  Remember the help section that opens will be based on the page you have open within the program.
