Ticket List

There are many useful features on the Ticket List page.  (The Ticket List page is the page that opens when you select an item on the left column such as Scheduled, Unscheduled, etc.)

  • The check boxes can be selected one at a time or batch selected by selecting the top check box.
  • A ticket can be opened by selecting the active link.  (Look at tickets under the Title column header.)
  • A unique ticket page can be opened from the Ticket List page by selecting one check box and then selecting the ticket page you wish to open.  Choose one of the links at the top of the Ticket List page:  Summary, Customer, Schedule, etc.
  • Select one or more boxes to print Summary (Work Order) for tickets.  See bottom of Ticket List page.
  • Select one or more boxes to link to Yahoo maps.  You may select up to 9 tickets.
  • Select one or more boxes to export these tickets to Microsoft Excel.
  • You can change the Ticket List view from Schedule to Billing.
  • Under 'More Actions' you can:  Assign Personnel, Change Status or Send to Recycle Bin.

(Note:  Yahoo Maps and Microsoft Excel are trade names and are not associated with Go Work Order.  We are only providing an easy link.)
