Sales or Service Tickets

Create, manage, and bill for a sales or service ticket is the primary function of the www.goworkorder.com program.  All other items are supporting features. 

  • Choose 'New Ticket' located on the top of the left column.
  • Select Sales from the top blue bar.
  • Choose a time on the day view of the calendar.
  • Select create a new ticket for this contact found at the bottom of the customer/contact page.
  • Select a ticket from the ticket list search results.
  • Select an existing ticket from the bottom of the contact/customer page.


You know the create an ticket or sales page is open if you can open these links:  Customer, Schedule and Sales.  All other ticket links such as Ticket Summary, Personnel, Billing, etc will be active once an ticket or sale has been created.
