No data is entered on the Ticket Summary page. Use the printer friendly link to print the Ticket Summary page.  This could easily be considered the work order for this ticket. Customer data comes from the Location page and the Contact/Customer page.  It is wise to always make sure the data on the Location page is correct. Any customer may be invited to join your company.  Remember a level one user (Customer) has free company access to view the Ticket Summary page for all tickets created for them.
