Things that happen when you assign Users:
- A color code is added to the Calendar display of a ticket. Represents each of the user assigned.
- The primary purpose of adding users to a ticket is to allow the user assigned to this ticket access to and the ability to view/edit this ticket.
- One or more users may be added to a ticket. Each user assigned may now access this company and view only the tickets assigned. (Administrator controls who and what may be seen by each user.)
- The email address of each user assigned will be displayed on the email page for this ticket.
How to reach this page:
- Select Assign link from any open ticket.
- Select the color code for a ticket located on the day calendar view.
Note: On the ticket list page you can batch assign tickets to one or more users. See bottom of ticket list. The ticket list opens when you select scheduled, unscheduled, etc on the left side of most pages.
