Product and Service templates are user defined products and services provided by this company.  

     The Product/Service Template is located under Company Setup.  A Product or Service uses the same Template.  The top half of the page is a fill in the blank to build your product or service template.  Name, Description, Price, etc.)  Nothing more is needed unless you are looking for ticket specific data that can be gathered on the Worksheet Page. 

     The bottom half of the Product/Service Template page allows you to add:  Statements, short answers, long answers, check boxes and images.   This is presented in a survey style under Work Sheet Fields.  Items under Work Sheet Fields will appear on the Worksheet Page once this Product/Service Template is added to the Sales Page as a sale item.

Scope:  Build a Product or Service Template.  This active Product or Service Template will appear on the bottom half of the Sales Page as either a Product or Service.  You select a Product or Service Template from the bottom of the Sales page and this template will be added as a sale item on the top half of the Sales Page.  Nothing more is needed.  If you added Custom Forms Fields to your Service or Product template, once that Product or Service is added as a Sale Item, the Worksheet page will populate with the Form Fields you created.
