Tickets and Contacts may be added to the recycle bin.  This is a closing choice on the bottom of the customer/contact page and the schedule page.  Any user with edit privileges may send a customer/contact or ticket to the the recycle bin.  A minimum of level 5 (user access) is required for any user to delete items in the recycle bin.
