Q. I forgot my username and password. What should I do?
A. On the home page look for "Forgot user name and password."  This is located on the top of the right column just under user name and password.  Click on "Forgot user name and Password", your user name and password will be sent to your email address.

A. No. Our reputation is based on trust and word of mouth.  We do not sell or share your personal information.  See Privacy Policy under legal. We value your business. We do not send "spam."

Q. I created a new company, but did not receive an email with my username and password. What do I do?
A.

  1. Check to make sure your email is working correctly.
  2. Create a new company again and make sure your email is correct.
  3. If you get a warning that this user email already exists, you know you created your company successfully.
  4. Check your email again and make sure you are receiving email. Sometimes email is slow for some reason, give it some time and your login information will arrive.
  5. Check your blocked email.   
  6. On the log in page select the link:  Forgot your password.  Enter your email address and your password will be sent to that email address.

Q. How to close a company.
A.

We thank you for using the Go Work Order software; we welcome you back anytime.

To close a company open the same page you use to create a new company.  On the right side of the Home Page select edit next to Switch Companies.  At the bottom of the Edit Company page the administrator may delete a company.  You may also export your events and most of your data to Microsoft Excel spread sheet.

  • Auto Helps link is located on the right side of most pages just under the Filter link. Auto Helps is designed for beginners to this program.  Turn auto helps on and you will notice a window open when you hover over many links.  (Not all links have an auto help window.)

You need to add a link on your website that opens your Go Work Order log in page.  This link is found under the Company Set Up link.

Strengths: 

Weakness:

  • Any web based program is subject to any and all INTERNET weaknesses. 
  • This program is not designed to manage or hold credit card information. 

Things to consider:

  • All details pertaining to a ticket are in the same place.  Consider a work order needs to be created, assigned, dispatched, completed and returned.  With this program a work order  ticket may be viewed, printed, completed (with images) and all parties, including the customer, may view the progress.  (includes an invoice)
